Methodology


SEP Professional Services has developed a methodology called FLOW GENERATOR in order to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery throughout all our client engagements. Flow Generator brings together expertise and lessons learned to deliver a consistent and direct approach to all projects.

Flow Generator is used to create consistent and repeatable delivery processes to provide consistency for all deliverables. SEP has devised well-defined processes to identifying potential problems in order to proactively implement steps and actions.

We are 100% client focused and maintain the flexibility to meet our client’s specific needs within a proven solution. We apply only the "modules" appropriate for your requirements and continually update this process to meet your changing needs.

Development Overview


SEP Developers are the best in the business.  Our 100% commitment and dedication to the NetGen application is unmatched in the world of software development.  Brian Mitchell, the founder of SEP, believes that a company must have a core product and dedicate all attention, time and focus on the continued development of that product.  Unlike other Software Development Companies who use 3rd party applications, SEP has developed NetGen from scratch and it is 100% proprietary. 

From time to time a client will have a specific need or modification to the application, we review these on a case by case basis.  SEP will review the request and if we see this modification as necessary, we will create a service agreement for such modification and develop it and integrate seamlessly into NetGen. 

SEP also offers Content Development, from concept to implementation.  Whether we are taking your current content and loading into the system or developing new content from scratch, our team of dedicated professionals will create content that communicates your brand and offering effectively and efficiently. In order to ensure a smooth rollout, many of our clients retain our services on a monthly basis. 

SEP offers a monthly retainer agreement that provides clients 40 hours a month or our services for 1/2 of our hourly rates.  We strongly suggest this for companies that either have a tight deadline or just not enough staff and would like to leave it in the hands of the experts.

SEP offers content development in all of the areas needed to maximize and deploy the NetGen application to your network.  Our Professional Services Team will create a scope of work for each piece of content requested.  Below are some of the services available:

Feature Development


From time to time a client will request a special feature or function, SEP evaluates the request and it's viability throught the entire NetGen user base.  SEP will  determine if this request is client specific or newtork wide. 

If the feature request determined to be client specific, SEP will create a SOW (scope of work),  with a detailed description of the feature, it's functionality, and development costs.

If the feature request is determined to a network wide, SEP will create a SOW (scope of work) with a detailed description of the feature, it's functionality, and a development timeline.
